Is there really no metering?
Right. No per-text, no per-payment, no per-defendant fee, and no cut of the cards you run. You pay by writer — one flat number — and everything's included, whatever your book does that month.
Do I need a credit card to start?
Yes — you add a card when you start your 14-day trial so it can roll straight into your plan without interrupting your work. You're not charged until the trial ends, and if you cancel any time before day 14 you pay nothing. After that it's month-to-month and you can cancel anytime.
What's the difference between Bondr and Bondr Pro?
Bondr is the complete system for running your book — unlimited bonds, the whole forfeiture-prevention layer, jail lookup, AI document capture, one-click paperwork, and team seats. How does adding writers work?
Your first writer is $129/mo on Bondr or $159/mo on Bondr Pro. Each additional writer is $59/mo on either plan, up to five total on one shared book — so Bondr runs $129/$188/$247/$306/$365 and Bondr Pro runs $159/$218/$277/$336/$395 for one through five writers. Everyone works the same caseload.
Is AI document capture included?
Yes — AI document capture is included on both plans at no extra charge (the old $49/mo add-on was retired). Drop in a booking sheet or court notice and Bondr reads it to pre-fill a new file — you confirm every field before it saves. It's off until you switch it on.
Do you have more than 5 writers or multiple offices?
We handle that directly — get in touch and we'll set up the right arrangement for your shop.
Can I cancel, and do I keep my data?
Cancel anytime — no term. Your data is yours: export to CSV whenever you want, and even after you cancel, your book stays readable and exportable so you can take it with you.
