The Math

One prevented forfeiture pays for years of Bondr.

You write a $10,000 bond and earn a $1,000 premium. One missed court date that runs to judgment hands back ten bonds' worth of premium in a single afternoon.

$10,000 judgment

≈ six and a half years of Bondr Solo at $129/mo.

8 years covered

At the founding rate of $99/mo, that same judgment covers eight years of the software.

$5,000 judgment

Even the small one wipes out about three years of Solo at $129/mo.

Most FTAs aren't flight. They're forgetfulness — a defendant who lost the paperwork, an indemnitor nobody nudged. A $10,000 loss usually starts as a text message nobody sent.

Carrying six figures in open liability? Right now you're protecting it with a whiteboard and your memory. Bondr watches the book so you don't have to hold it in your head.
Your Data

Your book never leaves your machine.

Your book is your business — clients, indemnitors, collateral, who owes what. So Bondr keeps it where it belongs: in an encrypted database on your own computer. The key is protected by Windows' built-in encryption and is never stored in plain text.

There is no Bondr account. No login. No password to forget. And no Bondr server holding your clients' records — so there is nothing on our side to breach, subpoena, or leak. We can't see your book — no one at Bondr can.

Encrypted on your PC.

Every record lives in an encrypted local database — never stored as a plain-text file. Exports and PDFs you choose to generate are yours to control.

Works offline.

The core app needs zero internet. The only network calls are optional county jail lookups — read-only, straight from your machine to the sheriff's public roster.

No lock-in.

One-click encrypted backups, and CSV export any time. If you ever cancel, your book stays readable and exportable, right on your machine.

What It Is

Built for bail. Not a generic CRM bent to fit.

Bondr is a Windows program that runs a small bail agency: defendants, bonds, premium owed and collected, court dates, indemnitors, collateral, and the paperwork. It prepares and records your bonds — the writing and posting stays where it belongs, with you.

Every screen speaks your language. FTA, forfeiture, indemnitor, POA, surety, exoneration — the words you actually use, in the places you'd expect them. If you can run Excel, this is easier than Excel.

And on top of the record-keeping sits the reason Bondr exists: a forfeiture-prevention layer that ranks your book by risk every morning and counts down every deadline that matters.

Other software tracks your bonds. Bondr also tracks the ones about to cost you money.
How It Works

From installer to a working book in one afternoon.

1

Install it.

One Windows installer, one double-click, under 100 MB. No account to create, no password to invent. It opens like any other program on your PC.

2

Load your open book.

You don't retype 20 years of files. You enter only the open bonds — the ones carrying live liability. The CSV importer pulls them straight from your spreadsheet and maps the columns for you. Founding agencies: Allen gets on a call and loads your book with you, personally.

3

Start your day on Radar.

Every morning, Radar ranks your whole book by FTA risk and pins any forfeiture clocks to the top. Court-this-week is one glance. You know exactly who needs a call before your coffee's done.

4

Send the reminder from your own phone.

Tap Remind on any court date. Bondr writes a personal message to the defendant and every indemnitor, filled in with the real bond details. You hit send from your own phone or email. No third-party messaging service ever touches your clients' numbers.

See it running — get a 15-minute walkthrough

The walkthrough costs nothing; the software is paid. No card, no account — we call you.

Features

Everything an agency of one to five actually uses. Nothing it doesn't.

Your system of record

Defendants

Full files with status tracking — Active, Exonerated, Forfeited, Surrendered, Closed — plus an activity log on every profile.

Bonds

Premium owed, collected, and balance on every bond, with surety and POA number fields and a payment log that keeps the totals honest.

Court dates

Attach dates to any bond, mark Appeared or FTA, and see the week's calendar and agenda at a glance.

Indemnitors & collateral

Link indemnitors across bonds and track collateral from Held to Released.

Dashboard

Total liability exposure, outstanding premium, collected this month, court this week — the numbers a surety audit asks about, on one screen.

Global search

One box across defendants, bonds, and indemnitors. Type a name, hit Enter, you're on the file.

Forfeiture prevention

Radar

Ranks your entire book by FTA risk, worst first, with forfeiture clocks pinned to the top. Your morning starts here.

Risk scores that show their math

Green, Yellow, Red — built from plain points: prior FTAs, an imminent court date, silence since last contact, unpaid premium. Every factor is listed on screen. No black box, and nothing about your defendants is sent anywhere to be scored.

Forfeiture countdown clocks

From the moment of an FTA, Bondr counts down the days to judgment — window set by you to match your county's practice — so "we have time" becomes a number, not a guess.

Appearance forecast

A ranked estimate of no-show risk for every court date in the next 14 days, so you work the riskiest ones first.

Check-in log

Log every contact with a defendant. Staying in touch is what keeps people showing up — Bondr tracks that you did.

Reminders that reach you

Desktop notifications when a court date is within 3 days or a forfeiture deadline is within 14. You'll know before it's a problem.

Court reminders from your own phone

Pre-written, personalized texts and emails for defendant and indemnitors — you copy, you send, from your number. No messaging service in the middle.

One-click paperwork

Indemnity Agreement, Premium Receipt, and Bond Summary — filled from the file, on your agency letterhead, generated as PDFs entirely offline.

Jail data

Live inmate lookup in supported counties

Search the Pasco, Polk, and Pinellas rosters by name or booking number, right inside Bondr. Pull charges, per-charge bond amounts, and totals.

One-click file creation

"Use for defendant" fills in identity, DOB, booking number, and jail, and drops a labeled charge-and-bond summary into the notes. No retyping from the roster.

Custody watch on your own clients

For the people you've already bonded, Bondr re-checks the rosters when you open the app and every 20 minutes while it runs — and flags released, re-arrested, or bond-changed. Your clients only.

Hillsborough & Manatee

One-click links open those county searches in your browser.

Counties

Florida first. Tampa Bay deepest.

Bondr is built in Tampa Bay for Florida bail agencies, and we're honest about where it's deepest today. Live in-app inmate lookup works in three counties right now. Hillsborough and Manatee open in your browser with one click. Everything else in Bondr — the book, the Radar, the clocks, the paperwork — works anywhere Florida writes bail.

Pasco Live lookup Polk Live lookup Pinellas Live lookup Hillsborough Browser link Manatee Browser link

Founding agencies set the priority for which counties we build next. That's part of the deal.

Pricing

One flat price. No metering, ever.

No per-text, no per-payment, no surprise invoice — ever. Other bail software nickel-and-dimes you — a few cents per reminder, a monthly fee for every defendant you watch, another to take a payment, a cut of every card. Bondr is one number, whatever your book does that month.

Straight talk: Bondr is paid software. The walkthrough is free — you'll see the real program running before you spend a dollar — but the product itself is not free and we won't pretend otherwise. Put the price next to the risk: one $10,000 judgment costs more than six years of Solo. This is the cheap part of your liability.
FAQ

The questions you're already asking.

Can you see my book?
No — and not as a policy, as a matter of construction. Your data is an encrypted file on your computer. There's no Bondr account, no login, and no Bondr server it syncs to. We couldn't read it if we wanted to, and we couldn't hand it to anyone else either.
You're new. What happens to my data if you disappear?
Fair question — you've never heard of us. Here's the honest answer: because nothing in Bondr depends on our company being alive, your book stays on your machine — readable and exportable to CSV. Worst case with Bondr: whether you cancel or we disappear, it drops to read-only — your book stays fully readable and exportable, and you can walk with all your data any time. Worst case with cloud software is "locked out of my book."
Do I need internet?
No. The book, the Radar, the clocks, the paperwork — all of it runs with the internet down. Arrests happen at 2 a.m. in places with bad signal; Bondr doesn't care. The only thing that uses the internet is the optional county jail lookup.
Is a computer deciding who's risky?
No black boxes. The risk score is plain arithmetic — points for prior FTAs, days to court, silence since last contact, unpaid premium — and every factor is printed on screen next to the score. You can check its math, and you can overrule it. It's your book and your judgment; Bondr just makes sure nothing slips.
I've run on paper and Excel for 20 years. How long does switching take?
One afternoon. You load only your open bonds — the CSV importer pulls them from your spreadsheet, and in Pasco, Polk, and Pinellas the jail lookup fills in new defendants for you. Closed files stay in the cabinet. Founding agencies don't even do the afternoon alone: we load your book with you on a call.
Is this a contract?
Bondr is a monthly subscription, and the upper hand stays yours: the data lives on your machine, exports to CSV any time, and even if you cancel, your book stays readable and exportable right where it's always been. We can't hold your book hostage. It was never in our building.
Which counties have live lookup?
Pasco, Polk, and Pinellas today — in-app roster search with charges and bond amounts. Hillsborough and Manatee open in your browser with one click. Manual entry works everywhere, and founding agencies set the priority for which counties we build next.
Does it run on Mac?
No. Bondr is Windows-only today. We'd rather tell you that plainly than surprise you after a phone call.
