Bondr Terms of Service

Effective date: August 3, 2026 · Last updated: August 3, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you (the licensed bail bond professional or agency using Bondr — "you," "your") and AP Creative (a Florida sole proprietorship, doing business as intoAP / AP Creative — "AP Creative," "we," "us," "our"), the provider of Bondr. By creating an account, subscribing to, or using Bondr — including checking the box or clicking to accept at signup or checkout — you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use Bondr.

1. What Bondr is

Bondr is a subscription software service (a customer-relationship and case-management tool — a "CRM") built for licensed bail bond agents and agencies. Bondr is available as a web application you use in your browser and a mobile app that share your agency's data. Depending on your plan, Bondr helps you:

The specific features and prices of each plan are described on our website, mybondr.com, and in any order summary we provide. Those descriptions are incorporated into these Terms. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Bondr is a tool — not legal, bonding, or compliance advice

Bondr is software, not a lawyer, insurer, surety, or compliance service. Nothing in Bondr — including deadline calculations, forfeiture or court-date timelines, statutory references, reminders, generated documents, or AI-assisted suggestions — is legal advice, bonding advice, or a guarantee of any outcome, and it is not a substitute for your own professional judgment or the advice of qualified counsel.

You are the licensed professional. You are solely responsible for how you run your bonds and your business, for meeting every legal and court deadline, and for complying with all laws, rules, and license conditions that apply to you — including the bail bond statutes and regulations of Florida and any other jurisdiction in which you operate. Any dates, clocks, or timelines Bondr displays are informational aids that depend on the information you enter; always verify them against the official court record and applicable law.

3. Eligibility & your account

You must be at least 18 years old, able to enter a binding contract, and a licensed bail bond agent (or authorized staff of a licensed bail bond agency) to use Bondr. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your account and billing details current, and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, and for the actions of any team members you invite to your agency workspace.

4. Your records & responsibilities

In the normal course of using Bondr you enter records about third parties — such as defendants, indemnitors, and co-signers — to manage your bonds. You represent and warrant that you have a lawful basis to collect, store, and use that information, and you are responsible for its accuracy and legality and for responding to those individuals' requests as required by applicable law. You agree to use Bondr only for legitimate, lawful bail bond business purposes.

Your agency's data is yours. As between you and AP Creative, you retain all rights to the business records you enter. You grant us the limited license needed to host, process, back up, secure, and display that data so we can provide the service to you, and to use it as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Bondr to do anything unlawful, deceptive, harassing, infringing, or harmful, and in particular not to:

We may suspend or terminate access for any violation.

6. Public jail-roster lookups

When you run a roster lookup, Bondr sends a query to publicly available government or roster sources and returns public booking text fields on demand, to assist professional intake. Bondr has no privileged or special access to any jail system, and it does not fetch, aggregate, publish, or display arrest booking photos ("mugshots"). For counties Bondr cannot query directly, you may attach your own screenshot or document of a public booking page to a private record.

This data comes from third-party public sources that we do not control. It may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate, and coverage varies by county and can change or stop at any time. You are responsible for verifying any roster information before you rely on it, and for using it in compliance with each source's terms and with applicable law.

7. AI-assisted intake (human-verified)

Bondr offers an optional, human-in-the-loop AI feature that reads a document, court notice, or booking-page image you choose to submit and extracts structured fields to help you fill out a record. This feature runs only when you initiate it. Nothing is saved automatically — the extracted fields are presented for you to review, correct, and confirm before anything is stored. AI output can be wrong; you are responsible for verifying it against the source document, and you should never rely on it without review. See our Privacy Policy for how submitted content is processed.

8. Payment & premium ledger

Bondr can help you record the amounts your clients owe and pay against a bond. If you use any in-app premium-collection feature, funds are processed through your own connected payment processor and go to your own account — AP Creative never takes custody of your clients' funds or premium. You are solely responsible for the lawfulness of any fees, premiums, or charges you set and collect, including any filed-rate or disclosure requirements that apply to you.

9. Subscription, billing & automatic renewal

Bondr is sold as a subscription. Subscription billing is handled on our website (mybondr.com) through our payment processor, Stripenot inside the mobile app. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars on our website; per-seat pricing (with AI document capture included on every plan) is described there. We do not store your full card details; Stripe processes and stores them.

Your subscription renews automatically. Monthly plans renew each month, and annual plans renew each year, at the then-current rate, until you cancel. We will charge your payment method on each renewal date unless you cancel before that date. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and may limit your account to read-only access until payment is resolved.

Free trial. If we offer a free trial, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before it ends.

How to cancel. You may cancel at any time through your account/billing page on our website or by emailing us at the address in Section 16. Cancelling stops future charges. Deleting your app account does not cancel your web subscription — please cancel your subscription separately.

Annual renewal reminder. For annual plans, we will send you a renewal reminder before your renewal date as required by Florida law.

No partial refunds. Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current period; cancelling stops the next charge but does not refund the period already paid.

10. Deleting your account & data

You can permanently delete your Bondr account directly in the app at any time (Settings → Delete account). Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone, and what is removed depends on your role in your agency — a sole owner's deletion erases the entire agency dataset, an owner with other members hands the agency off to a remaining member, and a member's deletion removes their login and the records they created. This is described in full in our Privacy Policy. As noted above, deleting your account does not cancel any paid subscription billed through our website.

11. Ownership & intellectual property

Yours: the business records and content you enter remain yours (Section 4).

Ours: the Bondr software, applications, source code, design, and underlying systems and tools — and any improvements to them — are and remain the property of AP Creative. Your active subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Bondr for your own agency for as long as your subscription is active. Nothing here transfers ownership of our software or systems to you.

12. Third-party services

We rely on third-party providers to deliver Bondr — including Stripe (payments), Supabase (database, authentication, and hosting), Anthropic (the optional AI-assisted intake feature), and public government/roster sources (jail-roster lookups). Your use of Bondr is also subject to those providers' terms, and we are not responsible for their acts, outages, or failures.

13. Disclaimers

Bondr is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the service, data feeds, reminders, or lookups will be uninterrupted, timely, accurate, error-free, or secure, and we do not guarantee any particular business, legal, or financial result. Jail-roster and other third-party data may be incomplete or inaccurate (Section 6), and reminders and timelines are aids, not guarantees (Section 2). To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AP Creative will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, missed deadlines, forfeited bonds, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim relating to Bondr is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AP Creative from any claims, damages, or costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your content or records, your business or bonding activity, your use of jail-roster data, or your breach of these Terms.

16. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll post the updated Terms here with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use Bondr after changes take effect means you accept them.
