Bondr Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 1, 2026

Bondr ("Bondr," "we," "us") is a business management application for licensed bail bond professionals, provided by intoAP / AP Creative. This policy explains what information the Bondr mobile app collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Bondr is a professional tool intended for users 18 and older; it is not directed to children.

Who this policy covers

Bondr is business-to-business software. Our direct users are bail bond agencies and agents ("you"). In the normal course of using Bondr, you enter records about third parties — such as defendants, indemnitors, and co-signers — to manage your bonds. This policy describes how we handle both your account information and the business records you store in Bondr.

Information we collect

Bondr contains no advertising and no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs. We do not track you across other apps or websites, and we do not sell your data.

How we use information

Service providers we share with

We share data only with the vendors that operate Bondr on our behalf, under contract, and only as needed to run the service:

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, and in connection with a business transfer. We do not otherwise share your data.

Document attachments

For counties Bondr cannot query directly, a licensed agent may attach their own screenshot or document of a public booking page to a private defendant record. Bondr reads the text fields from that image so the agent can verify and save them; nothing is saved automatically. Any such attachment is stored privately in encrypted object storage, scoped to the agent's own agency, and is used solely for that agency's case management. Attachments are never published, shared publicly, aggregated into a searchable directory, or used to shame anyone. An agent can delete an attachment at any time, and deleting your account removes stored attachments along with the rest of your data, as described under "Deleting your account and data" below.

Security

All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Access is restricted by account and by agency using row-level security. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard safeguards.

Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account (see below), we remove the associated data as described, except where we are required to retain certain records by law.

Deleting your account and data

You can permanently delete your Bondr account directly in the app at any time: go to Settings → Delete account and confirm. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. What is removed depends on your role in your agency:

Any paid subscription is billed outside the app (through our website / Stripe) and is not cancelled automatically when you delete your account — please cancel your web subscription separately. If you prefer, you can also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account and its data by emailing jack@intoap.com. We will act on your request except where we are required to retain data by law.

Because Bondr stores records about third parties (e.g., defendants and indemnitors) that you enter as part of your business, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and store that information and for handling requests from those individuals as required by applicable law.

Children

Bondr is a professional tool for users 18 and older and is not intended for or directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
